Pricing questions
Why per unit rather than per building?
Effort scales with units, not addresses. A 300-unit tower generates far more tickets, notices and approvals than a 20-unit townhouse block, and per-unit pricing keeps small corporations affordable.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on Starter and Professional. Enterprise onboarding with bulk migration is quoted separately.
Do you charge for owners, residents or vendors?
No. Those accounts are unlimited and free. You pay for units under management, not for people who log in.
Does this handle common element fee collection?
No, and deliberately. SquareSync owns the approval and spending record; fee collection and the general ledger stay with your accounting system and your bank. Approved spend exports cleanly to CSV and QuickBooks Online.
Can we pay annually?
Yes, with a discount for annual prepayment. Terms are set in the order form.
What if we add corporations mid-month?
Billing is prorated from the day a corporation goes live.
